Housing Contact Centre
The Housing Contact Centre provides:
- help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- an automated menu that will direct your enquiry to the service you require including:
- applications for housing assistance
- general housing enquiries
- reporting fraud and corruption
- Rentstart information
If you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and wish to speak to an Aboriginal operator, just select the relevant menu option (available Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm).
FACS provides free, confidential and qualified language services to clients who may need information or assistance with housing. Call 1300 652 488 to arrange a telephone interpreter to speak in the language you require.
Through our feedback tab, you can make reports of fraud, misconduct or corruption. Your report is treated seriously and managed in the strictest confidence.
