The numbers refer to the total number of Aboriginal/non-Aboriginal children and young people in OOHC with a current and approved leaving care plan as at 30 June.
The percentage figures refer to the total number of Aboriginal/non-Aboriginal total number of young people aged 15-17 years in OOHC with parental responsibility to the Minister as at 30 June who had a current leaving care plan as a percentage of the total number of Aboriginal/non-Aboriginal children and young people aged 15-17 years in OOHC with parental responsibility to the Minister as at 30 June who entered care before 1 April of the reporting year.
Note: caseworkers are required to complete a leaving care plan after 90 days in care for a young person.
