- Description
The numbers refer to the total number of people living in community housing as at 30 June.
Community housing includes rental housing managed by community-based organisations that lease properties from government or have received a capital or recurrent subsidy from government.

Measure – Newly housed applicants from the NSW Housing Register in community housing
- Description
This refers to the total number of households newly housed from the NSW Housing Register in community housing in the reporting period. Tenants re-housed from other community housing providers and/or social housing are not included in the count.
Community housing includes properties owned, properties leased and properties vested. It excludes people living in Indigenous community housing.
