As a homelessness service provider, you form a vital part of the service system that supports people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Your work with DCJ to assist people in need of stable accommodation and reduce homelessness is important.

This includes working with DCJ to design innovative client-centred service models, deliver quality services, implement governance and reporting processes, and contribute to evidence-based research.

Resources to support your work

We have a range of guidelines, tools and forms for you to access and to help you provide support to clients.

There are guides on how to use service provider databases and systems, as well as information to assist you with delivering your services and working with clients.

If you can’t find what you need, please email our Homelessness team at SHSprogram@facs.nsw.gov.au.
