Homelessness Service Contracts
Contracts for homelessness services explain the terms and conditions for DCJ funding and the services and programs being funded.
The contracts for services funded under the Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) Program are made up of standard documents, including the:
- Funding Deed
- Program Level Agreement
- SHS Program Level Agreement Special Conditions
- a Service Description and Service Delivery Schedule, which are commercial-in-confidence documents specific to each service that outline the service delivery requirements for each contract. These requirements are negotiated with each service provider.
All service providers funded under the SHS Program must deliver services in line with these contracts and documents, and the practices outlined in the SHS Program Guidelines and SHS Practice Guidelines.
