This online form is to be used for DCJ Housing and AHO tenants wanting to advise changes to their tenancy. This form can also be used when we have written to you in relation to a rent subsidy review we are undertaking for your household. The tenancy online form can be customised, allowing for multiple forms to be completed at once, without having to repeat the same details.
