The upcoming PSP Learning Hub will provide workforce development and training to case managers and practitioners in Funded Service Providers (FSPs) across the state.

The PSP Learning Hub will be delivered by Curijo, selected by the Department of Communities and Justice (formerly Family and Community Services) following a rigorous selection process.

Curijo will consult with FSPs and Communities and Justice to check in on the needs of case managers and best ways to support them. The PSP Learning Hub will then provide:

  • a dedicated website with PSP information and resources and online training, covering topics from legal issues to cultural planning
  • face-to-face training
  • coaching and mentoring
  • communities of practice.

Curijo will provide services for all PSP FSPs, not just Aboriginal providers, and covering key learning areas across the entire permanency spectrum - preservation, restoration, guardianship and adoption.

Initial services are expected to begin in November 2019.
