Payment and Contracts System (PACS) Portal

DCJ has introduced a new online Payment and Contracts System (PACS) Portal from April 2024. Service providers who previously used the Contracting Portal will be given access to the new PACS Portal.

Log in to the PACS Portal

The new PACS Portal for service providers will provide an enhanced experience for accessing your contracts, payment information and accountability, with a place to store and upload documents, and the ability to communicate directly with DCJ and your contract manager plus a customisable dashboard.

Ongoing training will be provided throughout 2024 as needed, for example, ahead of the next round of annual accountability. User documentation is available within the portal to show users how to undertake the different functions available in the portal.
