St George Youth Services – Helping Hand

This service provides case management for young people 16 years of age and over who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless in the St George and Sutherland areas. 

Priorities are Aboriginal young people and young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including refugees and newly arrived migrants, living in or with links to the area. 

This service has a brokerage component. It also works to build capacity and cultural capability in SHS service delivery for clients, and strengthen the local service system.
