Queanbeyan Youth Homelessness Support Service

This service identifies young people who are at imminent risk of homelessness and supports them to remain safely in their existing housing, or, where appropriate, uses a range of approaches to assist young people to secure and sustain safe and stable housing.

The service provides crisis and transitional accommodation and support, and intensive responses for young people with complex needs. It has strong links with both the Queanbeyan Domestic and Family Violence Homelessness Support Service and the Queanbeyan Homelessness Support Service.

The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
