Nepean Blue Mountains Young People's Homelessness and Housing Support Service

This service targets young people without accompanying children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and has multiple service delivery outlets. The client group includes young people escaping family conflict, leaving out-ofhome care, or in contact with the juvenile justice system. 

The service includes all responses: prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation, rapid re-housing, and support for young people with complex needs. It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people and is accessible to young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
