Inner City Sydney Homelessness Extended Service (Wesley Mission) (Restoration Funding Service Package)

This service extends the responses provided through the Inner City Sydney Homelessness Service (Wesley Mission). It provides outreach support to Common Ground clients, as negotiated with Mission Australia on a needs basis. 

The service targets strategies to reduce clients drifting into the inner city to receive homelessness services. It provides prevention and early intervention, rapid re-housing, crisis and transition responses, and intensive responses for clients with complex needs. 

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
