Central Coast Homelessness Support Service for Families

The Central Coast  Homelessness Support Service for Families provides crisis and transitional accommodation and support to families who have high and complex needs, including families experiencing domestic and family violence, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the Gosford and Wyong areas.

It also provides prevention and early intervention, case management and outreach support, rapid rehousing, access to emergency and transitional accommodation and post-crisis support.

This service facilitates access to legal and financial advice, family mediation services, mental health support, counselling, domestic violence services, tenancy advice and support services.

This service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal families and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
