Measure – Active National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants as at 30 June
- Description
This refers to the total number of active NDIS participants by Age group and Disability type as at 30 June as a percentage of the total number of active NDIS participants as at 30 June.
This shows the prevalence of disability types (as defined by the Council of Australian Governments [COAG] disability categories) among age groups of NDIS participants as at 30 June.
In NSW the NDIS was trialled in July 2013 and the first large scale rollout occurred in 2016.
