OOHC Health Pathways: a caseworker's guide

The Health Pathway is a joint initiative of DCJ and NSW Health aimed at ensuring that every child or young person entering OOHC receives timely and appropriate health assessment, intervention, monitoring and review of their health needs. This factsheet guides DCJ and NGO staff through the process.
