The Targeted Earlier Intervention (TEI) Outcomes Alignment Tool helps funded service providers and District Commissioning & Planning teams to accurately align TEI client and/or community outcomes agreed in a TEI contract, populated in a Program Logic and Outcomes Matrix, and reported in DEX.
