Disability Services Australia (DSA) is the new operator of CJP and ISP disability supported accommodation.

To ensure continuity of care, staff involved in the direct service delivery to CJP and ISP group home residents will transfer to DSA.

Established in 1957, DSA has grown to employ more than 1,400 people from the Hunter to the Illawarra and Southern Ranges, including 500 people with disability, and provides a range of supports for more than 2,500 clients.

Its overarching mission is to enhance the lives of people with disability by enabling opportunities for choice, inclusion and achievement at home, in the community, through education and training, and in employment.

DSA is an existing provider of support services for complex clients and has demonstrated experience and capability to manage the needs of this group of clients.

We expect the transfer of CJP and ISP disability supported accommodation to be complete by 13 December 2018.

The NSW Government will ensure the transfer is carefully planned and managed in a safe and smooth way.
