Invitation for Expressions of Interest

The Invitation for Expressions of Interest (Invitation for EOI) for the second phase of the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF Phase 2) was released on Wednesday 7 February 2018.

If you wish to be provided with access to the Invitation for EOI please contact the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) via the SAHF mailbox at SAHF@facs.nsw.gov.au and request a Registration Form. The Registration From should be returned to the SAHF mailbox by 5:00pm AEDT on Thursday 1 March 2018. The registration notice is also uploaded to the eTender website (Reference FACS 17.277).

Following registration, FACS will provide Registrants with access to a dedicated data room (SAHF2 Data Room) which contains the Invitation for EOI and documents in relation to the SAHF Phase 2 procurement process. The closing time and date for the Invitation for EOI is 2:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 21 March 2018.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for SAHF Phase 2 will only be accepted from Applicants who are Registrants or, if the Applicant is a consortium, where at least one member of the Applicant is a Registrant.

Industry Briefing

An industry briefing was held on 13 February 2018, with 105 attendees from 61 organisations. This formally concludes the market engagement phase for SAHF Phase 2.
