SAHF Program Update
The program is expected to deliver access to 3,486 additional social and affordable homes across the state by the end of 2024, with a target of 30% of all homes to be delivered in regional NSW.
As of 31 October 2023, SAHF providers have delivered 3,330 new social and affordable homes across NSW.

97% of dwellings delivered meet the Liveable Housing Australia (LHA) guidelines – Silver standard.
74% of tenancies have been allocated to eligible social housing applicants from the NSW Housing Register. It should be noted that tenancies may include multiple or single residents.
