The Community & Private Market Housing Directorate (CAPMH) has standardised various agreements between CAPMH and the community housing providers. These include:

The Common Terms Agreement affirms and standardises the contractual arrangements between the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation and the community housing provider relating to the provision of Community Housing. There are two separate versions of this document, depending on whether the provider has vested properties.

Common Terms & Conditions Agreement - The Common Terms Agreement affirms and standardises the contractual arrangements between the NSW Land and Housing Corporation and the community housing provider relating to the provision of Community Housing. There are two separate versions of this document, depending on whether the provider has vested properties.

General Social Housing Lease Agreement - The General Social Housing Lease Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation and the registered community housing provider in relation to the leased social housing property.

Leasehold Portfolio Funding Agreement - The Leasehold Portfolio Funding Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of community housing providers in relation to leasehold properties and the associated funding.

Vested Properties Agreement - The Vested Properties Agreement sets out the rights and responsibilities of community housing providers in relation to vested properties.
