Image description: When the Helpline assesses reported information using SCPRT the Reporting Pathway flowchart displays two pathway processes. The ROSH pathway or the Non-ROSH pathway.

Values:  Pathway One: Risk of significant harm pathway. Pathway Two: Non risk of significant harm pathway.

Presentation: If the Child Protection Helpline assesses reported information using the SCRPT.

Risk of significant harm pathway

Tier one action: Information is assessed to meet statutory risk of significant harm threshold. This outcome has a downward arrow only to the tier two action.

Tier two action: Report is transferred to Community Services Centre or Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP) referral unit.

Non risk of significant harm pathway

Tier one action: Information is assessed not to meet statutory risk of significant harm threshold. This outcome has two options leading towards tier two actions in both pathways.

Option one leads to the non risk of significant harm pathway tier two action: Report is screened out and closed at the Child Protection Helpline.

Option two leads to the risk of significant harm pathway tier two action: Child is subject of an open case or report in triage as the report is transferred to Community Services Centre or Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP) referral unit.

This connects with an arrow to, If the child is subject of an open case or report in triage at a CSC or JCPRP. Followed by an arrow that leads to ROSH Pathway Tier two: Report is transferred to CSC or JCPRP referral unit.
