Northern NSW Specialist Complex Case Homelessness Service
This service supports men, women and families with complex needs or multiple diagnoses, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It operates across the Northern NSW District and focuses on intensive responses for clients with complex needs. The service provides outreach support to couch surfers, and crisis and transitional accommodation to homeless people while supporting them to find and move into more sustainable housing.
The service provides case management, brokerage, and support through multidisciplinary teams working together to deliver a range of intensive support for homeless people with complex needs to establish and sustain long-term housing. It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
