Mid North Coast Supporting and Securing Tenancies

This service assists families with accompanying children, Aboriginal people, people leaving institutional care, young people, single people, and older people to sustain their tenancies and prevent evictions from all types of tenures (public and private). It facilitates a no wrong door approach to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness through a coordinated intake and referral process that connects the specialist homelessness services network with other relevant service providers.

The service aims to identify people at imminent risk of becoming homeless early and support them to access private rental or social housing, with other support as needed. It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal young people, women, men and families, and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This service supports: young people; women; men; families
