Central Coast Homelessness Coordination Service (operating as Doorways)

Doorways provides a centralised single point of case coordination for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness in the Gosford and Wyong areas.

The service delivers assessment, advocacy, referral, case management and brokerage for clients.

It links clients to a range of support services, including crisis and transitional accommodation, and supports clients to access and sustain stable housing.

The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal women, men and families.
