Nepean Blue Mountains Domestic and Family Violence, Homelessness Accommodation and Support Service

The service targets women, with or without children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness escaping domestic and family violence. It delivers all responses: prevention and early intervention, crisis and transitional accommodation, rapid re-housing, and intensive support for clients with complex needs. 

The service provides flexible brokerage funding to achieve identified client-centred goals that cannot be accessed through collaborative arrangements. It has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal women and families, and is accessible to women and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This service provides three women’s refuges: 

  • Aboriginal Women's Refuge
  • Penrith Women's Refuge
  • Wimlah Women and Children's Refuge.
