Blacktown/Hills Homelessness Service for Pregnant Girls and Young Mums (operating as Houses2Homes)

This service targets young pregnant women and young mothers who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with a particular emphasis on clients whose babies may be at risk. 

The service provides prevention and early intervention, and crisis and transitional accommodation with support. It transitions clients out of homelessness and breaks their cycle of homelessness. 

The service has a strong focus on responses for young Aboriginal women and is accessible to young women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
