How to give feedback

The Department of Communities and Justice is responsible for upholding these Standards when they work with you. If you have questions or feedback about your experience and the Standards, talk to your caseworker, or ask to talk to the Manager Casework.
If you still have worries about your experience, you can contact the Enquiry, Feedback and Complaints Unit on 1800 000 164, or email complaints@facs.nsw.gov.au.
