Minister for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Pru Goward will today convene the first meeting of the NSW Domestic and Family Violence Corporate Leadership Group.
The group will meet for the first time at NSW Parliament House and discuss opportunities for private sector, community and government partnership and collaboration.
“Addressing domestic and family violence is a major commitment of the NSW Government, but it requires a whole-of-community response to be effective – and this particularly applies to the workplace,” Ms Goward said.
The Corporate Leadership Group will meet two to three times each year to discuss issues relating to domestic and family violence, and explore solutions to address these problems, including opportunities for the NSW Government and the corporate sector to work in partnership.

Establishing the Corporate Leadership Group is a NSW Government commitment under the NSW Domestic and Family Violence Blueprint for Reform 2016-2021.
