The Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) conducts all its purchasing, contracting and commercial partnership activities according to the principles and practices outlined in the agency's statement of business ethics.

FACS divisions are required to keep a register of government contracts that record information about each contract that has, or is likely to have, a value of $150,000 or more. Details of how to access these can be found on each client service division website.
FACS Register of government contracts
FACS maintains a register of any contract with the private sector valued at over $150,000 in accordance with Division 5 of Part 3 of the GIPA Act.
