I want to request an Aboriginal caseworker
Aboriginal families dealing with Family and Community Services (FACS) can ask to speak to an Aboriginal caseworker.
Meeting your request will depend on whether an Aboriginal caseworker is available in your local area and or on the day you require.
When using our phone services such as the Child Protection Helpline, you can ask that an Aboriginal caseworker call you back when available.
We want to work with Aboriginal communities in culturally appropriate ways and are focused on growing our team of Aboriginal caseworkers.
