This dashboard tracks the searches made on HSNet and any other DCJ sites that feeds into it. The aim of the dashboard is to track whether the demand for Food, Housing, Domestic Violence Support and Legal Services has seen an increase / decrease on HSNet since the outbreak of COVID-19. Due to the lack of geo-coded disaggregated data prior to the outbreak, the dashboard tracks the search categories from 21/03/2020 for Food and 28/03/2020 for all other categories. It is not recommended that users try to drill down on levels lower than CSCs due to the imprecise nature of the location data.
Users can navigate the various service categories by clicking on the icon presented on the top of the page. As shown in the all search categories map below, users are able to observe the growth / decline at a disaggregated level per day via the map on the left hand side (press the play button on the bottom left corner).
